Cant open (resulting in not mapping) UNC paths

For one user on this PC I get the error..

Start->Run-> \\server\share\user share (they have full access, and can map it manually in My Computer)

"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel."

I have never seen this before and dont have a clue what to associate to what in that list. Please any help is appreciated.

Hey Cstorm,

I am going to take a wild guess at it and say that it is trying to run or start a program inside the mapped drive and do not know what program it should use to run that program.

What has been installed or changed on this machine in the last couple of days.

Do you see the same error from "Safe Mode with Networking"?

System Restore might be an option?
