can't open REGEDIT or Task Monitor

Hello,

everytime I try to open RegEdit, the windo comes up as normal and then it automatically shuts down without even giving me time to click on any key.
The same thing happens whith TaskManager. Every time I press CTRL+ALT+DLT the windo comes up but then automatically shuts down.

Dou you have any suggestions on what may be the cause and solutions to this problem ?
