Can't open RAS launchpad home page

Hi

I have recently installed Crystal Reports Advanced 9 version and the version of Crystal Enterprise that comes with it.

However if I go to the start menu and select

Crystal Enterprise 9 -> Report Application Server Launchpad

I am taken to the following URL:

http://myservername/rassamples

And I get a Cannot open page message.

I have configured IIS correctly - well I can open up an asp page on my web server with no problems at all. Therefore I am very confused why this page is not opening - especially since it is selected from the Start Menu.

I don't know that much about Crystal on the Web and have run out of ideas on how to troubleshoot this problem (the help pages are not very useful either). So if anyone could give me any tips on where I am going wrong I would be very happy...
