Hi,

I have 2 users that can't open Outlook xp on their PC, they get error message: Access Denied.
I try to create new profile but still get the same message. The only solution for now is change the authentication to None so they have to enter their password when they open Outlook.

I've tried to login to another PC with their username, I could open Outlook without any problem.

I think the problem is with their windows profile on their pc because I don't have any problem on those PC's with my login name.

Anybody know the solution for this?

Thanks,

Delete their mail profile and recreate.

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

Thanks,

No luck, still get access denied after I deleted the old profile create new one under new name and same old profile name.

Are you sure these users are logging onto the computer with their domain account?

Try accessing the users OWA from these machines via the \\servername\exchange (instead of the IP) so it will use the logon credentials.

Hi,

Thanks Lander125 you just gave me an idea, yesterday one of her staff didn't come so, she has to access his email with OWA used his username.

When I tried //servername/exchange was OK but not //servername/exchange/username, it show her staff credential so I changed the her username and check off remember the password, her outlook is fine now.
