cant open mail items

Anyone seen this before ? (This is new Exchange server site)

Currently, when any user opens Outlook 2002, they can see new mail items in their inbox, but when they try to open them they get an error "Requesting data from Microsoft Exchange Server EXSVR1" followed by "Cannot Open this item". The mails cannot be opened. This seems to be happening for all Exchange users tested so far.
