Can't open email with clipart in Outlook

I have a user who is unable view clipart in an email which was sent to him. It contains standard clipart that comes with Office97. After reinstalling Office97 along with Outlook 98, he is unable to even open this same email. Have several other users who have received the same email and can open the email and view the Clipart just fine. I'm using Exchange 5.5. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Andy, is this user viewing their email as plain text? Are they receiving the clipart as a file attachment? Are you sending your emails by using Word as the email editor and he is not?
