Can't open Callpilot Mgr on Call pilot web server after SP2 update

I have a Callpilot 4.0 Web server that after adding SP2 I am getting a http error 401.1 Unauthorized Access on the web browser .Any sugguestons to fix this?

Did you isntal SP2 within an SU service update usually you also need to update the SUC for the client.

Did you use the Microsoft SP2 installer (Hope not) or the Nortel supplied SP2 installer?

Is this Web Server seperate from the Call pilot server itself?
May require to check security settings against the NTP.

I got it, removed the ISS and callpilot mgr and reloaded both and it worked.
