Cant open attachment, object not found, only 1 user

i have 1 user in 80 that cant open attachments. its uncanny. I can open her inbox and view the attatchment from my pc. On hers, we get an "Object not found" error. Has anyone seen this before? I cant find any help in the support pages of microsoft and I need to find an answer soon. We are running Exchange 5.5 with Office 2000 with all the service packs.

This happens to two users who are running O/L2003. They also cannot insert an email into a new email(same message appears)

Delete her Outlook profile and recreate it.

Is this O/L 2003? You may need to clear the forms cache. Try the following:
From the inbox, go to Tools/Options
Click on the “Other” tab
Then click on Advanced Options, Custom Forms, Manage Forms
Click on Clear Cache
You can clear the cache in O/L 2000 also, just don't have the steps available.
