Can't open attachment file in Oulook Express

Hi,
I have a problem, I can not open attachment file in my Oulook Express.

Error message in header of my file are :

"OE Removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail:test.exe"

Hi

1. Open outlook express.
2. Go to Tools -> Options and click the Security tab
3. Untick "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus"
4. Click OK

You should be able to access the attachment now.
