Can't Open an Email From Someone

Hello,
Outlook 2007, emails from one specific user can't be opened in another user's Outlook. Whenever clicking/selecting message, at the very top it shows red bar going across, message never opens. I'm still troubleshooting never seen this one but outlook 2007 is different than 2003.

Is this connected to an Exchange server? If so, can you open it in OWA?

Good one, yes, will try OWA. We are using Outlook 2007 with Exchange

OWA was able to access this message that does not open in Outlook.

Okay. If you configure this user on another computer in Outlook, can you open the messages? If so, Outlook is borked.
