I have a problem on several PCs in my office. Our setup is WindowsXP, Crystal Reports 8.5 and Office 2003 using an exchange 2000 server. When we try to export a report to MAPI, the email form comes up, but the problem machines can not open the address book. Clicking the button does nothing. This feature works fine on a windows 2000 Terminal Server connection using office 2003 and crystal 8.5. I'd guess Athat it's something to do with communications between Crystal Reports and Outlook, but the windows 2000 TS machine working makes me question that. I can successfully send the reports if I type in the address.Any ideas as to what is blocking the address book?
