Can't Open a FP 2000-2002 Web remotely!!!

Someone have an idea why I can't while in FP 2002 open a remote hosted site that I know has installed extensions???

For example, I can open the site if I use the IE browser and edit the page. It asks for the USR name and PW then.

When I am using the editor and request the site by URL, the window is blank and no USR or PW is asked for and can't access anything to do with the web site.
