Greetings,
I have 2 domains with FP 2002 webs on a host site which work fine. I moved a domain name to this host site, set it up exactly as the first 2 webs. I can't open the new web.
The sysadm at the host site can log in using my credentials and publish. I can't open the site, publish to it or add a web folder locally.
When I try to open the site in FP 2002 I get "connecting to web server" which doesn't go away and the password screen. When I enter the pw info the DSL modem activity light flashes non-stop for a few minutes and the password screen returns.
I've searched *.web to remove anything there, deleted temp files associated with the 2 good webs, cleared Web Server Extensions\cache, browsed to the site to try to open it, used Jimco addin "Open Web". There is no software firewall and no web folder.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Brian.
