Cant Mute Phone 1

i Have a phone that i can mute when on handset but not on speaker , does anyone have a solution

I'm i missing something on the CLS codes

have you tried a different phone? and check to see if teh station idu and type in the tnd are the same. and no, i don't think you can program a phone to do that trick. mute is not a software option. when you add hfa in the class mute is free
