Cant Move Cursor in Hyperterminal 1

HI all. My cursor is stuck in hyperterminal. I have the RJ-45 end in the 28115 switch and the db9 adapter on the serial port. My serial setting are : 9600 -8 -none -2 -none.
I've tried several combinations but can't get it to move. I'm in the options section. please help.

Get properties window of your connection (hyperterminal) than in configurations, set do Terminal Keys it wil work.

Also, you might want to try another terminal client.
Personally I'm found of "Tera Term Pro". It's freeware and support both console and telnet connections. You'll find it on
