Hi,

I have a remote user who could not connect to our company resources using VPN.

The VPN connected , but could not map the drives, ping the server nothing! So I disabled AVG firewall and I could then access the server resources and ping the server.

So I went to firewall settings and under the domain network section found the untrusted VPN connection and 'marked as safe'

I can now ping the server but still i get error 53 network resource could not be found.

How do I tell AVG to go away and allow anything for the VPN connection?

Thanks,
