Hi,
I am receiving an error message when trying to map to a server.

- "The mapped network drive could not be created because the following error has occurred. The handle is invalid." -

This happens when I try to map either onto a drive to this server or from this server. Has anyone else encountered this? Any idea's why?

1. Do you have NetBIOS over TCP/IP enabled?
2. Is File and Print Sharing Enabled?
3. Have you tried recreating the share?
4. How are you trying to map, via command line or GUI?

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark
