Can't map drives with server name, works with IP

Hi, I can't map network drives using the server name but it works fine with the ip address.

this is the error i'm getting
"Login Failure: the target account name is incorrect"

This server is a domain controller, there is no errors in the event viewer!

I've looked for 2 days and not luck!

Any help is much appreciated!

Sounds like your DNS isn't right. Make sure that the servers' DNS setting is pointing to itself.
