How do I do this simple thing? I want to have a table [Months] with two fields and 12 records, one field as [MonthId], and another filed as [Month].
There are twelve months of the year. I simply want to create a value list from the table, but Filemaker won't let me NOT create a 13th record.
Please! What am I doing wrong?
I set the relationship as a one to many, with the 1 side as the [Months] table and the many side as the related table. Records can be added only to the many side.
What I'm trying to do is so simple! I'm very frustrated. Sorry for the goofiness.
