Can't make international calls over PRI on Legend 6.1

Not able to make a International calls ...no issue with local,long distance on a PRI ...Carrier says they do not need to see 011 as they "insert" 011 into a International call

tried deleting 3 digits in the ARS table we set up just for
International callers and still not able to get through

011 XXXXXXXXXX deleting 011 and sending XXXXXXXXXX ???

Verify your disallow table 9 does not contain 011.

This will do It

Pri under lines and trunks - otugoing table - special service table - entry 0 (011) should be changed to a three
(digits to delete)
If you do a print out of your pri setup you will see where the problem is clear as day

I tried the above mentioned and it worked like a
charm ....special services was set for 0 changed
to 011 and delete 3 ....sweet !

I have a site with a Merlin Legend Release 3.1 v2.0 and they are unable to make international calls. I have checked and the configuration in the SpecialServ is set correctly to and delete digits are set to 3. The confusing issue is that on the hand set display... it shows "Outbound" when dialing 1+ dialing, but when you dial international it specifies the actual trunk channel and you never get put through to the PRI. Anybody have any ideas...
