I have a user that is now working from home and I need to forward her DID number to her home number. I have deleted her extension(4559) from the TN and have tried creating both a new ACDN and a phantom number with 4559. When I call the DID number it immediately goes to call pilot and tells me 4559 is not a subscriber. Previously, the DID was routing to the DN (ext 4559) correctly. This has always been an easy thing to do. What am I missing?
