Can't make ACDN or phantom number forward

I have a user that is now working from home and I need to forward her DID number to her home number. I have deleted her extension(4559) from the TN and have tried creating both a new ACDN and a phantom number with 4559. When I call the DID number it immediately goes to call pilot and tells me 4559 is not a subscriber. Previously, the DID was routing to the DN (ext 4559) correctly. This has always been an easy thing to do. What am I missing?

Where do you have the (FTR - dcfw - #) going to with a phantom. Cls needs to have cfxa - (Call Forward External Allowed) as well.

I have cls cfxa, and both ACDN and DCFW are forwarding to 91xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Try changing the cos to unr and make the dcfw forward to the access code plus the number.

If you build an ACD, instead of using 9 for external, use the ACOD of the circuit you want it to use. Does this go through? This bypasses all restrictions and sends the call directly out. This will prove if you are being blocked for some reason.
If it does work you can back track with some of the suggestions above to figure out the issue.

Got it. Cls UNR worked for the phantom and the route ACOD worked for the ACDN. Thanks much for the help.
