I have a new Dell all in one running Windows 8.1. I bought Microsoft Office 2013 and would like to use the Outlook 2013 for my email. I keep getting error messages 0x00ccc92 and 0x800ccc0e. I understand that my stmp may be blocked. What do I need to do to use Outlook 2013 for my email? Thanks everyone. Larry

Look up your mail server's settings or call your email support people. They probably use a different port for outbound mail - one that requires authentication. It could be a number of ports. Does inbound email come in without error? If NOT, then the user name may be incorrect.
