Can't logon to nt server machine

Was wondering if anyone could assist in a "challenging" but awkward issue I am experiencing.

Currently, I am NOT able to logon to several of my NT servers. What happens is upon entering my password (either Admin or user profile), there is minimal validation of user
account and then goes back to the logon prompt (ctrl-alt-delete screen).

Primary drive is not shared out to remotely manage

Any ideas? thoughts? suggestions? I'm not at luxury to
re-install the system at this point.

If you ahve a rescue disk (floppy) from which you can reinsall the registry and thus default the NT password.
