Can't logon to AD8 Voicemail

I've lost the ability to logon via the remote management. I've had it runing under virtual PC and was just fine. One day the system acted up and the VM would not answer so I restarted it. It then continued to work normally but now when the remote launches it just sits at the waiting for login message and then the remote exits.

I'm at a loss!

Pedro,

Are you connecting directly to the serial port on the voicemail or are you going in via a modem? If you are connected directly I believe you can flip some dip switches and boot the voicemail in maintence mode. I don't have the particular switch setting with me right now but I do believe they are in the installation manual.
