Can't logoff after installed Service Pack 1

Hey guys, I've got a problem with our main file server. we just installed Service Pack 1 on it (windows 2003 server standard) and since then we cannot logoff by going to the start menu and choosing logoff. We also can't restart or shutdown. We can, however, logoff by going into the task manager, users tab, selecting the user and clicking logoff. Any suggestions of what might've caused this?

Go to Edit GP and the to user config and then administrative templetes. There you want start menu and task bar, then you should be able to fix the issue
