My keyboard and mouse work fine if I choose f2 and go into setup or hit f8 and go into windows 2000 startup options.
However, if I let it continue on to the login screen to
hit Ctrl Alt Del to login, my keyboard and mouse are not
present to do this. Therefore I can't get into my computer.
Please help if anyone has any idea.
I have tried switching keyboards and mice, I have tried
to run the repair feature from the windows 2000 CD.

Bloody hell! Sound like a tough one.
OK, you so we know its not the mouse or keyboard as you have swaped them over. It works out of Windows so it has to be Windows its self. Try a full clean install. Make sure you back everything up first though.
Sorry, theres not much more I can really say!

Try reposting it in a day or two again. Someone else may see it.

Have you tried BIOS?
Go into BIOS and try to change some of the settings.
