Hi all,

Would like to ask any possible idea for me to login into my kxtda100. I getting error invalid password(E030103) thru usb by using the password of 1234 or 0000. I had try to reset the system on the DMPR card by pulling off the power and put it on init state and slide to normal after I turn it on. But I think the attempt to reset it fail as I can't login to the console. So can anyone advice me how to login to the console.
 
to default you switch to init, then power the system up, wait for run light to flash then return switch to normal.

this will default your system to factory settings and all programming will be lost
 
Hi obtsystems

We have try that.
1. Move the button to init
2. Power off and unplug the power for around 1 minute
3. Power on and change to normal during the led flashing for few second

Yet we still cant go in as it prompting error e030103
 
Follow EXACTLY as below:

Switch the PABX off
Unplug from the mains socket
Slise the system initialise switch to INIT position
Plug the AC power cord into the PABX and an AC outlet and turn on the PABX, the RUN light will begin to flash
While the RUN light IS STILL FLASHING & NOT AFTER IT HAS STOPPED slide the system initialise switch back to normal
After the RUN light has stopped flashing and stay steady, the system should be considered back to defaults.

Let us know if that helps.

I have try all above steps, but none of them work. Im keep getting invalid password after reset.

As far as i know You can only get the password from the sd card dsys if it's using software prior to version 3 i think
 
Anyone know where to downloads KXTDA Password Recovery Tool and how to use it. Im not find one
 
You must not have defaulted it if that did not work, did you try to log on as ADMIN and see if that lets you in.
that looks like an old programming tool by the error box.

There is no kxtda password recovery tool, not by panasonic anyway.
Do not post passwords on the forum as it is not allowed


 
Got the latest console. But this time new error messages. Any hint?

KXTDA Password recovery Tool is a third party tool, it's not by Panasonic. Have used it several times and it works perfect.

Also if the system is not going to default settings, you are probably not following the right procedure to default the system.

Just copy of the DXSYS file where "X" is dependant on your system and proceed to Pan buzzer ...

 
are you selecting 100d in the dropdown for system type.

If you are are you sure it is not a 100/200 system
 
There is a Maintenance console developed specifically for KX-TDA100D , KX-TDA100D Maintenance console
You should use that.

My signature.
No phone works, is that a newly installed system? You may need to put cards in service and in the right slots.

Physical arrangement of cards on the system should match what you see on the Maintenance console GUI and in the right slots.

However, there are several reasons why phones may not work, could by physical wiring or programming e.t.c
