We just upgraded to AD 2003 from NT 4.0. Prior to upgrade our vpn was working fine. We use cisco vpn client to a radius server (w2k). This has not changed. We did an inplace upgrade of the nt to 2k3. No address or logon's have changed. Now I am getting an error stating:

Access request for user ____ was discarded.
This is on multiple user acccounts.


I registered IAS in the Active Directory.

Does anyone have any pointers????
