Can't log on via SDM! Help needed

Hi all,

Suddenly I am not able to log on via SDM. I am getting the following error message. Any ideas?

"SDM cannot communicate with the router. Please do one of the following.

Check the connections between your workstation and the router.

Make sure that the router IOS image is one of the supported images (refer to DSDM Q &A).

Clear a VTY line if all the VTY lines are in use."
