Can't Log In 1

Hi All!

I am having a problem logging into an Option 11C. This problem just began today....

When I login (either remotely of from the maintenance terminal), I get the following:

LOGI
PASS?
OVL428
TTY 00 SCH MTC BUG CTY 10:44
OVL111 IDLE 0
>
.
OVL400 00

If I then try to go to a Load, I get:

TTY 00 SCH MTC BUG CTY 10:44
OVL111 IDLE 0

What could my problem be? What can I do to correct this at this point?

you're in lcko 30 or 60 minutes... after that try w/ CAPS, not caps, but only twice...

Looks like your Login credentials are incorrect maybe you can check your input possibly caps lock issue ?

Hopefully you just need to wait the 30-60 minutes and you'll be able to log in again.

I had a system last week that the customer had rebooted a couple of times (on the advice of their Telco...) which, for whatever reason, caused some form of software corruption. I was unable to get logged in at all and when I finally did a reboot - an error code of SEC0027 appeared during boot up (among others). "Failed to load the account database, all system accounts are locked out."

I had the software and a backup, so I just reloaded and everything came back up fine.

Probably not your issue, but I thought I'd mention it.
