Can't log in using Signon Manager 1

Hi,

Environment: Sage 300 v61A.

I have a service integration application that logs in Sage 300. Everything had worked until the customer changed the ADMIN password. I am now using the updated ADMIN password supplied by customer (or a Login\Pwd supplied) and it did not allow me to login from Signon Manager. But I can log in to Accpac using those logins and pwds. The error message is "Invalid Signon Information. Make sure you supply the correct User ID and Password.".

My test environment works (of course).

Here are the login credentials that has been using in many projects.
AppID: XX
ProgramName: XX1000
AppVersion: 61A
Login Company: GSDAT
Login User: ADMIN
Login Pwd: gofishing

Is there any pointer to fix please?

Just another tip: I never use ADMIN for any integration for this reason: someone always changes the password.
Create a dedicated user for the integration.
