can't load utility add-in

I recently installed MS Office 2000 on Win2k Pro.
When I try to use SendKeys in a Macro I get the message:

"Rerun microsoft access or Microsoft Office setup to reinstall microsoft access and the microsoft access utility add-in"

I've tried re-installing from the CD and have tried loading UTILITY.mda from c:\program files\microsoft office\office\1033
but I keep getting the same error.

figured it out myself -- it was due to incorrect SendKeys syntax.
