We recently let all our desktops upgrade to Internet Explorer 8.0. Not so good when your running Symposium 6.o. So i had to roll back my desktop to I.E 6.0. The problem now is when i go to log in i get told that i need to add Contact center to my list of trusted sites.When i click OK it then says to Verify that i have SOAP 3.0 installed on my desktop. When i click ok it says to download client soap package click ok. After all that a dialog box pops up saying "ERROR 1316A." Nwtwork error occurred while attempting to read. And it never lets me load SOAP. Which i need in order to look at or change anything in symposium.
