Cant load keycode files

We have a BCM 450 rls 5.0, I am attempting to load a new keycode but when
I click on the load keycode file it wont open. All I get is a continuous hourglass. I have rebooted twice but still cannot load files. Any heip will be appreciated.

Is the bcm element manager the correct version for rel 5.

Older versions won't work properly.

Download the version from the bcm to see it it works.

Check that you have the Element Manager 62.0.5 as this link below

Also don't update your Java as the latest versions cause problems if using Java 8 issue 71 onwards.

Thanks for the help. I loaded a newer version of Element Manager and I loaded the key code files.
