Can't keep form Maximized

I need to keep an autoexec form maximized at all times so that if an employee closes another form or report, the form with the logo will be in the background. Every time they currently close a report or other form, the autoexec form resizes to small. DoCmd.Maximize is on the "on open" event of the form.

Set the following properties for the form:
[ol][li]Border Style [blue]None[/blue][/li]
[li]Pop Up [blue]Yes[/blue][/li]
[li]Retain your DoCmd.Maximize[/li]
[li]Perform your testing![/li][/ol]

Thank you for your response. Right now I have it with the docmd.maximize "on activate" and that also seems to be working.
