Can't 'join' two cubes

I've got a problem, i want to 'join' two cubes by date and product and calculate a new member but can't / don't know.

---In the Cube named 'Detail Product Billing' i've got data about quantities and amount
billed at any time of an 'X' product. The structure of the cube is:
Dimensions:

Billing_Date (Time dimension - Levels: Month/Quarter/Year)
Products (Lists All the products involved)

Mesures:
Quantity (Quantity of products at a specified time)
Amount (Amount of money of products at a specified time)

---In the other cube 'Credit Notes', i've got data from the credit notes made/registered on 'X' product.
The structure of the cube is:

Dimensions:
Credit_Note_Date (Time dimension - Levels: Month/Quarter/Year)
Products (Lists All the products involved)

Mesures:
Quantity (Quantity of products w/ credit notes at a specified time)
Amount (Amount of money in credit notes of products at a specified time)

Ok, what i want to do is: calculate the net billing (billing amount - credit notes, that is the whole amount billed minus the credit notes) and drill up/down through this data by Products and Date (general date) dimensions .
and i can't 'join' by date and product..
i don't know if i'm clear...
i want a unique cube.
what could/should i do?.
I'm working with OLAP Services from MSSQL SERVER 7.0.

hello,
you have to built a vitrual cube and choose those 2 cubes, then you choose the dimensions you want to use.

but I dont know for the time dimension - its name is different in the 2 cubes - this you need to check.
