Cant Install MA4000 on Windows 10

Dear Sir,
we have installed MA4000 on Win 7 before now we changed OS to Win 10 and we reinstall the MA4000 on New OS but its not opening when i clicked the Icon, can anyone help-me on this

What version of MA4000 do you have? You may need to update to version 14.
