Can't install LJ 2300 on NT with windows 2003 and 2000 Server

We've got a networked HP Laserjet 2300d and I've installed it on both a Windows 2003 server and a Windows 2000 server. When I try to install the NT driver either on the NT machine (client) or add the NT driver to the shared printing on either server it errors.

Any Ideas?
