Hi,
My server has IE 5 and the OS is Windows 2000 Server. I'm trying to download IE 5.5 for Windows 2000.
(Yes I know 6 is the latest but 5.5 is the company standard that all machines are supposed to have)
When I try to download IE 5.5 from the MS site, it always fails with this strange message:
"Setup was unable to download the required components.Make sure you are connected to the Internet or try setup again later."
I did find a Knowledge Base article that appears to relate to this problem - but didn't resolve it.
Any ideas on the weird one?
Thanks, John
