Can't install frontpage extensions!

I have installed personal web server, and can't publish to it because it doesn't have frontpage extensions, and my Office 2000 Premium disk tells me I'm not a member of the "administrators group" so I can't install the extensions! It's my computer, and my disks! Yeeesh! Can someone recommend me to the chairman of the administrators group so I can install the Frontpage extensions? Please?
