Can't Install Certificate?

Hey all,

I have a security certificate that i'm trying to install on a windows 2008 TS server. I'm not that familiar with certificates but the process seems to be pretty straight forward.

I go through the steps for installing the certificate and it seems to go through but when I access the page I need to access again it wants the certificate again.

I need to install this certificate globally so users that do not have admin access can access the page in question.

Any tips are appreciated, please let me know if you require more details.
