Can't install 2005 management tools

I have a server running 2005 Express that is installed by backup exec, this server is also going to run 2005 Full. I'm having a problem where if i try to install management studio it says that it is already installed but it isn't.

This guy seems to be having the same issue but i can't find a solution.

Do you have this exe in this location?

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE\ssmsee.exe

Thanks for the reply. I uninstalled Backup exec the reinstalled SQL server first then put BE back on and it's fine now.
