Can't install 2 NICs (Kingston and Realtek?)

Each of these cards installed fine separately, but when they are both plugged in my Oceanic 440BX mobo, only the Kingston shows up in the Device Drivers list. I took out the Soundblaster Live card (and uninstalled all associated software) because I understand it's a bit of an IRQ hog. All I've got in the box besides the two NICs is an AGP graphics card. Only the Kingston's Link diode lights up and there are all kinds of GPFs and blue screens when they are both in.
Any idea what might be causing this?

Well.. I happen to know firsthand that two Kingston NIC gave me fits because the installer routing was not written with 2 nics in mind. I would wonder if they happen to use the same chipset? Possibley they are both trying use the same IRQ could blue screen the box... Compaqs love to use the rise and fall time of the same IRQ for their NICs.. something to check in the CMOS.

I INSTALLED TWO ETHERNET CARDS IN MY COMPUTER,ONE IS FOR MY AUDIOTRON,WHICH IS A DEVICE THAT DOWNLOADS MUSIC FROM MY COMPUTER TO THE AUDIOTRON, SO IT CAN BE PLAYED OVER MY STEREO.WORKED FINE.THAN I DECIDED TO GET VERIZON DSL,SO I NEEDED TO INSTALL ANOTHER ETHERNET CARD,WHICH CAUSED PROBLEMS IN MY COMPUTER.THE DELL COMPUTER ASKED ME WHICH CARD I WANTED TO MAKE THE DEFULT,I CHOOSE THE DSL AND IT CANCELED MY AUDIOTRON.IS THERE ANY WAY THAT I COULD HAVE DSL AND AUDIOTRON WORKING AT THE SAME TIME.
