Hello all,

I'm using ms outlook 2003.

When I try to insert a picture in the message body of a new email message. Insert -> Picture

All I get is a window with a white background that says "Picture" in the title bar, and it looks about 3 times higher than the normal window that show up when doing it in other computers.

Any idea what is the problem?

BTW...I uninstalled/reinstall ms outlook, but didn't help.

Thanks in advance!

Aldi

To embed a picture in the body of the e-mail, you'll need to set the sending format to RTF (Outlook's Rich Text Format), not HTML or plain text. However, be aware that non-Outlook recipients will have problems with this format.

Hi smah and thank you for the reply!

smah, it is the other way. The mail format has to be html and not rtf or plain.

When you select rtf or plain the menu item "Picture..." is not even there in the "Insert" menu. And my problem is not that.

My problem is that when I click on Insert -> Picture the dialog box that appears shows nothing, just a white background.

Any other suggestion?
