Can't Initiate filter function

Am trying to initiate a filter function, when trying on intiate a an FLTD boss key i get this:
<KSFKCIR=36200,KEY=03,FCN=FLTD;
NOT ACCEPTED
FCN
NOT IN RANGE
<KSFKCIR=36200,KEY=19,FCN=FLTD;
NOT ACCEPTED
FCN
NOT IN RANGE
Any one know how to fix this?and what does FCN not in range mean? ASAP please

Where You find this function?
I can not find any word about this in Alex
I thing that it is a problem.
FCN not in range means that FLDT not exist as valid value.

May by this Function is for special market and you have BC version for other market

Its in the Boss/Secretary Enhancement secation of Alex, thats where i got it from, this function is spouse to filter all calls to the secretary when this key is pressed by either the boss or secretary, o.k may be you can help me out with finding another way then, i just need a led key that when pressed by the boss the secretary will know that the boss is busy, and i dont want to use the DND (do not disturb) key, cause as soon as thats pressed the LED goes off so the secretary doenst know that the boss is busy he will know only if he tries tocall him.
