Can't import Word.doc files into PM 6.5 1

Hi Carol,
After much searching, I discovered that if you install the Microsoft Word 97 Import Filter 1.4 from Adobe (the following link is for the Windows edition), this should help solve your problem. Apparently the 2000 file format is similar enough to allow this to work.
