Can't import favorites

I'm having trouble importing favorites have 2 computers imported the first set after reformating hard drive and reinstalling all programs now I'm trying to import them from another computer exported them found the file e-mailed it to the new computer and now it won't recognize them as an exported favorite file installed cookies all right??? Am I doing some thing wrong or can't I import a second set of favorites???

Try to do it manually : Open the C:\WINDOWS folder.
Resize and position it so that the FAVORITES folder
is visible. Next open the mailed folder. Select All
Files and drag them to the WINDOWS\FAVORITES folder.
For safety reasons, make a copy of the FAVORITES folder
before copying.
