Can't import csv or txt files

Using A97 when I try to File | Get External Data | Import
I do not see a csv or txt option. All that shows in the files of type box is MSACESS, DBASE, FOXPRO, PARADOX, ODBC as possible choices. Reinstalling did not help. Any idea on how to fix??

You Need to install the ISAM drivers from the CD.... If the text, excel options are greyed out then you need to see Article Q155666 in the MS Knowledge Base. You should probably read that anyway, because it shows you how to do it, but ignore the changing of the filenames until you realize you have a problem with them.
