Can't hit the BCM from VPN tunnel

We have a BCM 400 and I2001 phone. A VPN tunnel is setup and from the main office end and BCM. From remote end can ping all devices at main office except the BCM. Next Hop Router is set, phone works at main office end. The customer’s network group is positive all ports are open on tunnel.

I would first double chech the BCMs next-hop router entry. No other ideas so far...

Try this....

Go under SERVICES, WEB CACHE and Uncheck proxy based services for your interfaces there.

This should fix it for you.
