All of a sudden, I can't hear the recordings whether i'm trying them local or through the rap units. Any ideas/suggestions are very much appreciated. Thanks. We're on 8.9 recording with CLS.
Can you live monitor calls? If yes then it sounds similar to a problem that I had recently when installing a version 9 logger. I could live monitor calls ok but playing them back just returned silence. In the end I had to reset the loggers database using the loggint.exe, seemed to sort out the problem.
what sort of solution are you using, VoIP? Trunkside? Extensionside? Observation? Can you see the green activity icon in the monitor application when in channels mode? Are your channels showing any errors?
I had a similar issue with VoIP recording when the SPAN port hadn't been configured correctly, if you are using VoIP check no one has made any changes to your SPAN/Mirror configuration. Also do you have multiple SPAN connections in the logger and one of them is failing?
Thanks for your suggestions. I am able to hear the calls now. not sure what the problem was, but you have to love the miracle fixes.....just hope it doesn't happen again. Thanks all.
